I’m absolutely obsessed with my chef knife. Not only has it been recommended by many people, it is also the best chefs knife anyone would ever. What I Like
What I really like about the knife is that it has a razor sharp edge that can last for a long time without honing or sharpening it. In the past five years, I’ve only sharpened them about three times at the local sharpening service. It also rust resistant. Sometimes, I forget to dry my knife after washing. Thankfully, the knife’s blade is still in perfect condition and there is no presence of rust at all.
The handles on this knife is also very comfortable to hold on. Imagine peeling through a sack of potatoes without suffering from wrist tension after. I also like the fact that the blade is attached to the handle. It’s much more hygienic. My grandmother loves using my chef knife as she said it gets the job done faster and it doesn’t take much moves to get what she wants. The knife feels well balanced and I think the full bolster helps it achieve this. The knife also won’t feel like it’s going to fly out of your hands.
I’m really thankful that this chef knife also comes with a lifetime warranty that is great because for the price that I paid, I would be devastated if I had to buy another.
